Born in Selangor and attended primary school at Sek. Keb. Permatang Tok Jaya, Butterworth Penang before furthering studies for secondary school at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Teluk Air Tawar Butterworth, Pulau Pinang. Syazwani holds a Diploma of Business and Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).

She was an Administrative Assistant and was instrumental in the rejuvenation of PFA Malaysia and her expertise and disputes are key to her appointment as the Administrative Assistant at PFA Malaysia.
