On August 21st, PFAM attended the first-ever NDRAC, the National Dispute Resolution Appeal Chamber meeting held at Wisma FAM, Kelana Jaya. The appeal was initiated by a club contesting the initial NDRC decision, which had ruled in favour of the player.
PFAM’s representatives successfully defended the player’s case, reaffirming the player’s right to claim unpaid arrears following the contract termination. The newly assembled NDRAC Chairman once again ruled in favour of the player, ordering the club to settle the outstanding payments by the designated deadline.
PFAM remains steadfast in its commitment to protecting players’ rights. Players are encouraged to reach out to PFAM for any concerns. We are here because of the players, for the players.
